New Candidate List: Correct Handling of Special Characters in Custom Object Searches

We fixed an issue where custom object searches on the New Candidate List failed and returned no results when search values contained an apostrophe. Searches now handle apostrophes and other special characters correctly, returning accurate results as expected.
